Welcome to Camp Creative

  • Community.

Summer art camps fosters a sense of community by bringing together children of all backgrounds to engage in storytelling and group art projects. This immersive environment helps campers build friendships and learn the value of teamwork, all while exploring their creative potential.

  • Nature.

Surrounded by the diverse variety of native and fruiting plants at Turlock Community Gardens, Camp Creative draws inspiration from their surroundings. Through nature-inspired arts and crafts, campers learn to appreciate the environment and express their creativity in ways that highlight the wonders of the garden.

  • Connection.

Camp Creative’s focus on connection ensures that every child feels included and valued. By engaging in storytelling and communal art projects, campers form meaningful relationships with their peers and mentors. These connections not only enhance their artistic journey but also promote a supportive community where imagination and creativity thrive.

Our nature camp blends outdoor education, recreation, and child-focused learning to engage the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.
