    Joining Turlock Community Gardens is a great way to get involved in the community and develop your gardening skills. Whether you're new to gardening or have years of experience, you can take part in free workshops, grow a variety of plants, and meet others who share your gardening interest.

  • Garden With a Group

    Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, joining a group is free of charge.

    E2 is FREE for local moms.
    F3 is FREE for students.
    F2 is FREE for everyone.

    Members are welcome to visit during daylight hours to garden and harvest fresh produce.

  • Reserve a Garden Bed

    If you'd like a garden bed for personal use or for a group, you can join the waitlist. Once a spot becomes available, you'll have the opportunity to garden, grow, and harvest your crops. The cost for a garden bed is $90 for 6 months ($15/month), allowing you to engage in gardening while contributing to the community.

Turlock Community Gardens offers a welcoming space for individuals and families to connect with nature, grow fresh produce, and engage with the local community. TCG is volunteer-driven and community-oriented, with a focus on sustainability, education, and support.

Visit Us!

Visiting Turlock Community Gardens is a great way to get started and learn more about the nonprofit.

Drop by during volunteer days—every Monday and Friday, or the second Saturday of each month, anytime between 9-11 a.m.

It’s the perfect opportunity to ask questions, take a tour, and get familiar with the garden. Our team will be available to guide you, share information, and help you find ways to get involved.

The TCG Garden Rules help ensure a thriving, respectful space for all. As a largely volunteer-run nonprofit, every participant’s contribution is essential to the garden’s success. By following these guidelines, we can maintain a welcoming environment and continue to grow together.
