There are a limited number of grants, most of which have very specific criteria, available toward the funding of green space projects; for this reason, it can be rather discouraging for small community garden efforts to find proper funding.

Other Funding Opportunities
There are numerous additional, relatively smaller grants offered from private and public corporations which award funding to community and school gardens, though none of these funding solutions are well advertised or easily acquired.
